I look forward to seeing you!

Rosé de Provence
Owner of 550 hectares, Maison Fabre is one of the undisputed leaders of the Appellation.
Among this estate’s exceptional range of wines is the special cuvee “Marie-Christine Château de l’Aumerade” (one of the 18 crus classes of Provence) which this year celebrates its 60th anniversary with a collector version of the iconic « sexy bottle » invented in 1956 by Charlotte Fabre.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape
True to its terroir and beyond trends, Château de la Gardine, owned by the Brunel family, is a major player in the Rhône Valley, and is immediately recognizable by its exclusive bottle. Longtime practitioners of winemaking methods such as co-fermentation of different varieties in the same tank, they raise the bar with their cuvee Peur Bleue, which is realized without the addition of sulfur.

Champagne
I have always liked the frank and cheerful personality of Champagne Delahaie’s Jacques Brochet, as well as the elegance and the finesse of his wines, which include a remarkable Côte des Blancs Premier Cru. The Brut and Extra Brut see nearly three years aging on the lees, allowing the bubbles to attain a remarkably smooth subtlety that complements the perfect balance between fruit and acidity.

Roussillon
An inspired winemaker, Jean Gardiès is also a man of conviction and real character. Along with his vintages of reference, he continues his pioneering work in exploring traditional Catalan varietals with his new line, « Les Vignes de Mon Père ». All the estate’s wines are certified organic

Languedoc
A newcomer in the Pézenas Appellation, Château de la Font des Ormes stands out assertively with the neo-classically refined style of its wines that faithfully express the distinctive soils of the vineyard, a mix of limestone and basalt. My newest “treasure » and first time at Prowein! Organic conversion.

Corbières
When Christelle Alias joined the estate four years ago, she brought with her a wind of change and a forward-thinking edge to the rich range of Domaine Sainte-Marie des Crozes. Their cuvées « Hector and Juliette », « Clandestin » and « En Rebellion » open the door to a universe that redefines the traditional codes of the Corbières Appellation. Organic certified.

Loire
Château Plaisance’s biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc are magic carpets to the splendor of the Anjou, Savennières and Chaume and Quarts de Chaume appellations. Gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole forQuarts de Chaume 2013 and Coteaux du Layon, Chaume 1er Cru 2013.
